Summary

This is a UX research project. Thanks to the methods I describe you can find the reasons you are looking for in order to solve a problem and design everything from scratch. In this particular case the goal is to find out why the inhabitants do not use the busses. When we know why we can take the right measures in order to apply the right solutions for the optimal design.
